What are the shipping charges?

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India.For international orders, a shipping charge will be applicable.

Are there any duties and taxes applicable?

All of our orders are shipped internationally from our workshop in Hyderabad , India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. VANAM takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

Can I change the shipping address of the order?

Yes, you can change the shipping address of your order only before it is shipped. Please contact our Customer Care Team on orders.vanam@gmail.com  +91 7993966869 at the earliest.

When will my order be delivered?

The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. As all our pieces are made to order, typically, we between 15-20 business days to make and then deliver an order for Pret pieces. 

Some pieces may take 30 days to process and then deliver, depending on the garment’s style and your location. Each page has a timeline for that garment. In case you require your order urgently, please do contact our Customer Care Team on orders.vanam@gmail.com or +91 7993966869 before placing your order. 

Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.

I am based out of India and want to place an order for delivery in India. Can I do that?

Yes, you can have your order delivered to India by placing it from anywhere in the world. Please ensure you enter the correct PIN code in the shipping address.

Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?

No. You will need to place separate orders for different shipping addresses.

What if I am not available when the order is delivered?

As a policy, our courier partners will always call you before delivery to check your availability. However, in case the order arrives when you are not available, it will be re-dispatched after your confirmation.

Our delivery partner will get in touch with you to reschedule your delivery. A maximum of three attempts will be made to deliver order at the given shipping address, failing which the order will be sent back to our workshop in Hyderabad .Our Customer Care Team will then get in touch with you to understand the issue and help find a solution.

 Can I cancel my order?

As all pieces are made to order, cancellations are not possible once the order has gone into process. 

What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?

If your order has been damaged or tampered with, you can refuse to accept it and return it to the courier personnel with all of the original packaging intact. Please do report the incident to our Customer Care Team immediately.

What happens if the wrong product was delivered to me?

In an unlikely event that the product you received is not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of delivery. They will help arrange for a reverse pick-up and ensure the correct order is delivered to you at the earliest.

What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, you will be informed when you add it to your Shopping Cart or at Checkout. In rare cases, if the product is out of stock after your order is confirmed, we will initiate order cancellation and refund the amount.

Return policy

What is your Returns policy?

We want you to love what you purchase, but in the unlikely event that something you ordered from vanam.online is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different in size or style, you may contact us via email at orders.vanam@gmail.com to return the product.

All our pieces are made–to–order to be kind to the environment, so once an order is in process, no cancellations, refunds or returns are possible.

In the event of a defect or damage from our side, once the email is reviewed, if the return is accepted, please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with the original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging. Please email us within 7 days of receiving the product and return the product within 14 days from the date on which your order was delivered. Please note we do not accept returns for international orders. Also we do not accept returns for made-to-order items, unless it is a quality defect.

Furthermore, all returns are subject to quality check at our end. Once the return is confirmed, you will be offered an exchange or refund as per the eligibility of your order.

In the case of a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 business days.

What is an online credit coupon?

An online credit coupon is a digital credit note which you can avail in lieu of merchandise return or exchange on www.vanam.online . This coupon is valid for 30 days on a single purchase. Please apply this coupon at checkout to avail the discount. Please note the coupon is applicable on a cart value equal to or higher than the coupon value. Any cart value exceeding the coupon amount will be borne by you.

Do you offer reverse pick-up?

No, we do not offer reverse order pick-up. Any return is to be shipped by you on your own responsibility. Please share the courier name and tracking number with us once you have dispatched the product in order to confirm receipt at our end. We do not accept returns on international orders.
